A Gong Bath Meditation is a very deep relaxation and healing experience. It is not an actual bathing experience. The sound waves wash over you, and that is where the term "Gong Bath" comes from. You needn't have any prior knowledge or experience whatsoever: any body can take part. The preparatory gentle yoga and breathing practice is just to get you into your body and into the right state of mind to receive the vibrational healing. Any ability, any age can join this event. Roger is a huge hit in Oxford and we are so glad he can come and share his mountain of experience with us.
Bring with you a yoga mat, pillows, cushions, blankets, duvets, hot water bottles - literally anything that will keep you warm, cosy, comfy and happy. Don't be shy. Buid a nest! Warm clothes and thick socks are a great idea.Bring a bowl and spoon for the dhal soup, plus a mug for your tea.
If you'd like to bring your child please email me firstname.lastname@example.org.

The venue is St Mary and St John Church itself. There is no parking at the church, but you can park on Cowley Road and surrounding area for free - allow time to find a spot which might be a good walk away. You can also pay and park behind Tesco on Colwey road which is a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking bays are 1-2 hours for free before 6pm, but on a Friday evening this varies and once we go into 6pm its fine to stay there for free. If you're unsure about parking, grab a bus, cycle or walk ;)
On that stupendous note, tickets are only £25 Early Bird for the event with teas before and dhal soup and delicious breads after. Tickets will go to £33 after a couple weeks.
No tickets will be available on the door. Spaces are limited.
