Om & Bass's Chief Gonger, Roger (AKA my hero), is returning to Oxford for a Gong Bath Bonanza all in the presence of Her Majesty, The Full Moon!
A Gong Bath is a very deep relaxation and healing experience. You needn't have any prior knowledge or experience whatsoever and anyone with any body can come along. The preparatory yoga and breathing practice is just to get you into your body and in the right state of mind to receive the vibrational healing. Any ability, any age can join this tribe :)
There will be an abundance of my home made delicious dhal and rice after the event, time to sit quietly, relax or mingle. (Vegan Gluten Free). I know I shouldnt say it is delicious. But I am. Cuz it is. And I have been told. So there :)
Bring with you a yoga mat, pillows, cushions, blankets - literally anything that will keep you warm, cosy, comfy and happy. Don't be shy. Buid a nest! I am a cold little thing so I will bring a hot water bottle - just sharing ideas :)
Arrive early! Richard Benson Hall, Cowley Road, St Mary and St John Church. There is no parking at the church, but you can park on Cowley Road and surrounding area for free - allow time to find a spot which might be a good walk away. You can also pay and park behind Tesco on Colwey road which is a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking bays are 1-2 hours for free before 6pm, but on a Saturday this varies and once we go into 6pm its fine to stay there. If you're unsure about parking, grab a bus, cycle or walk ;)
I have my Aloe Vera friend, Molly, coming to share some info about the plant (very short 5 min chat if you feel up to it) and she will be giving you lovely little goody bags to take home with you.
What a total bunch of lushness hey!
On that stupendous note, tickets are £28 Early Bird for the 3.5 hour event with food and Aloe Vera goody bag. BARGAIN CENTRAL. Tickets will go to £35 after a few weeks. Early Bird means Early Bird ;) No tickets will be available on the door. Spaces are limited.
Love and thanks
Roger and Rach ;) xxx
