Barcelona, Spain // 4 Day Yoga Retreat - Long Weekend In The Sun!
to May 13

Barcelona, Spain // 4 Day Yoga Retreat - Long Weekend In The Sun!

Want a quick sunny get away? With some bending and relaxation? BONZA. Nail. Head. Jack-pot.

Fun. Sun. Culture. Yoga. Relaxation. Bosh. And all SUPER CONVENIENT.

We are staying in a gorgeous house 100m from the beach, with a pool. We are just 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the City Centre of Barcelona.....a perfect blend of convenience, and a stupendous balance of exciting culture and peaceful retreat house on the beach. The train is simple for both the airport and also the City. We only have 10 spaces and the retreat is already half full. Please let me know ASAP if you or a mate are interested.

Barcelona is one of my fave cities. Food and beach, people, art, architecture - the list is endless.

Bed and breakfast included. There is too much incredible food to chose from, so we just include a lush healthy breakfast for convenience right after morning practice when we are starvatious. This way we get to be food tourists and really experience the local culture.
I will of course make my lush dhal and a massive tortilla / frittata, which will be another two meals taken care of. The house has wonderful facilities, so we can self cater and make incredible feasts if we don't want to go out. Everything is possible and everything is optional.

Yoga twice daily 2-2.5 hours each (yoga, meditation, breath work etc). We will practice a strong vinyasa in the morning, with breath and meditation work also. Evening practice will be Yin / Restorative / Relaxation and Yoga Nidra. I am happy to workshop any poses or practices as you wish.

What's not included: flights, transfers, insurance and lunch and dinner (although I will add the above two extra meals in there for convenience on the first night and for a lunch when we have a pool day at home :0 ).
Flights are currently £100-145 depending on the airline and airport. Pre-Check in is at 12 noon and check in is 3pm. Explanation below. For those of us taking the morning flight out of the UK, we are able to come and drop off bags to the house and hang at the pool before check in - no problem at all. We can then have lunch together somewhere close to the house. Check in is officially at 3pm but the lady of the house is very warm, and said that we can drop stuff off and us the pool. Wonderful.
Check out is 11am on the last day, so we can go and have a beach day, have lunch out and relax. I am happy to hang on the beach all day :) so pack a hand luggage, and we will be fantastic!
Last day will be practice 7.45-9.45am, breakfast and out we go to the beach we go........

I am hoping to find a salsa night - It is one of our group's birthdays so a celebration is in order. That being said, the retreat house will be a booze free zone, and vegetarian. What you eat out at restaurants if none of my concern. Your holiday, your body, your choice.

Price: £440 per person for 4 days, all shared rooms.

Chiang Mai & Pai, Thailand // 10 DAYS IN THAILAND
to Jan 27

Chiang Mai & Pai, Thailand // 10 DAYS IN THAILAND

I go to Thailand a lot. Almost twice a year for over 8 years. Pai is my favourite place. It is peaceful, clean, beautiful and friendly. It is literlly the best place on earth.

All 4 star accomodation, with pool, bed and breakfast. We will practice twice daily yoga and meditation, with some trips thrown in there too: temples on foot and a muay thai class for a cultural experience. No fighting - just fun and fitness :)
Massages are about £3.50 an hour, and they are available everywhere.

No prior knowledge of yoga, meditation or muay thai necessary. All ages, levels and abilities. Non yogis also welcome. Teens welcome.

The food in Thailand is incredible and vast, so we have only included breakfast to give you maximum freedom in this area. Food is plentiful and extremely cheap.

We start in Chaing Mai on 18th Jan where we will stay in a wonderful hotel in a quiet corner of the city. The next day after our humungous breakfast, we will walk around to the temples and the parks, grab some lunch before we take the bus for a few hours up north,

On 19th we will arrive at our new home for the next 8 nights in Pai. We recommend hiring bicycles since mopeds are a bit loud, and Pai is really chilled out.

Prices start from £895 for 10 days / 9 nights in Thailand in 4 star accomodation, breakfast and twice daily yoga, with a walking trip of temples and a muay thai lesson.

Hot springs trip is an additional £7 or so and can be arranged during the trip :)

To book, paypal (friends and family only) or ask for bank details. £150 deposit and monthly payment options available.
Flights, transfers and insurance not included.

Love and thanks

Wanna have a New Years Eve to remember? Feel like you'd like to set some good intentions for a new year in an awesome setting with like minded people? Look no further. We are fed up with the monumental let down that seems to repeat every New Years Eve. And how expensive everything always is. And how bad the music can be :)

We invite you to an evening of dance, laughter, love and music. We have Elise and Toby co-ordinating the Sacred Cacao Ceremony which is an amazing way to set intentions and feel supported by your tribe. Elise will guide the dance from about 11pm right upto the Mid Night Climax.

Doors open at 6pm and you will be greeted with a *Swamp Shot* upon arrival....full of everything great, healthy and uplifting and energising to kick start your evening. We offer an optional 1 hour all levels yoga practice for those who want to centre and come into the space and their body 6.30-7.30pm. We will have delicious and nutritious food available and included in your tickets, banging music and time to dance, mingle and chill.

Amanda and Aron will be offering UV Tribal Markers in return for donations. Amanda and Aron have been taking Tribal Markers to the festival scene, and they are rocking it. You will have a one to one connection with your artist as you become their canvas for some indidually inspired art work on your body.....get ready to reach for the lazers and dance your butts off.

Elise and Toby will make us a special New Years Eve Cacao and Herbal drink for the climactic part of the evening. Cacao is used in sacred ceremnoies since it has so many great qualities, some of which are: opening the heart and lifting the sprit; giving us added energy; a detoxifying and healing effect on body and mind thereby putting us in the mood for dancing and connecting to ourselves and each other. We have the chance to share our intentions for the new year, pouring them into the Cacao before we ceremoniously drink it and dance our-selves into euphoria. We will be guided through the dance from 11pm-12 mid night, at which point you are free to go ape, hug, high five and rock out. We will then bring your down gently, ejoying a united meditation, affirming intentions, sending out love to the world and sealing the evening as a conscious united group of celebrated brilliance.

**Swamp shots are optional and they're intended to be a fun pick-you-up / detoxifying blend of of Guarana, Wheat Grass, Macka and other healthy supplements. Feel free to email me to check if there is something in there which may cause reactions etc.

The Dhal and rice will be organic, vegan, gluten free, nutritious, delicious and freely available. Bring a bowl and spoon. Salads and energy nibbles will also be available.

Early Bird is until November 15th at £48 for a 7 hour social evening with food, dance, shots, music, yoga and a cacao ceremony. Ages 11 and above welcome. After November 15th prices will be £65 per person. No tickets on the door. Places are limited and we always sell out so please don't leave this until the last minute.

Looking forward to a fun fueled evening! YESSSSSSS

Om & Bass's Chief Gonger, Roger (AKA my hero), is returning to Oxford for a Gong Bath Bonanza all in the presence of Her Majesty, The Full Moon!

A Gong Bath is a very deep relaxation and healing experience. You needn't have any prior knowledge or experience whatsoever and anyone with any body can come along. The preparatory yoga and breathing practice is just to get you into your body and in the right state of mind to receive the vibrational healing. Any ability, any age can join this tribe :)

There will be an abundance of my home made delicious dhal and rice after the event, time to sit quietly, relax or mingle. (Vegan Gluten Free). I know I shouldnt say it is delicious. But I am. Cuz it is. And I have been told. So there :)

Bring with you a yoga mat, pillows, cushions, blankets - literally anything that will keep you warm, cosy, comfy and happy. Don't be shy. Buid a nest! I am a cold little thing so I will bring a hot water bottle - just sharing ideas :)

Arrive early! Richard Benson Hall, Cowley Road, St Mary and St John Church. There is no parking at the church, but you can park on Cowley Road and surrounding area for free - allow time to find a spot which might be a good walk away. You can also pay and park behind Tesco on Colwey road which is a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking bays are 1-2 hours for free before 6pm, but on a Saturday this varies and once we go into 6pm its fine to stay there. If you're unsure about parking, grab a bus, cycle or walk ;)

I have my Aloe Vera friend, Molly, coming to share some info about the plant (very short 5 min chat if you feel up to it) and she will be giving you lovely little goody bags to take home with you.

What a total bunch of lushness hey!

On that stupendous note, tickets are £28 Early Bird for the 3.5 hour event with food and Aloe Vera goody bag. BARGAIN CENTRAL. Tickets will go to £35 after a few weeks. Early Bird means Early Bird ;) No tickets will be available on the door. Spaces are limited.

Love and thanks
Roger and Rach ;) xxx

I recently discovered Extremadura during my travels. It is a wonder. Four disinct seasons, clean air, fresh mountain water, glorious forests, super fertile land, sumptuous food and all set in a stunning medeival town. The treasure of Hervas is only 2.5 hours from Madrid, which has regular and cheap international flights. The bus is easy to figure out - all the way to Hervas. Just down the road, there is the small town of Banos, which has Roman Hot Baths :) ...more treats.

We will practice yoga and mediation twice daily, explore the mountains and surrounding areas, enjoy the local culinary treats and bask in the sun. The trees are literally bursting with fruit at this time of year. The locals make natural swimming pools out of the mountian rivers. It's wonderful.

Non-yogi partners and friends are welcome.

COSTS: £750 per person for 7 nights bed and breakfast, yoga and workshops. Single room supplement applies. This does not include flights or bus to Hervas town. The flights are around £100 return from London to Madrid, and the bus is around 20 euros return.

The average beer and a bite costs 1 euro there. Just to give you an idea of the costs involved ;) It is amazing.

The town is gorgeous and has rivers all over the countryside close by. We can drink from the mountain spring also.

Big love
